If you don’t have a Marketplace username but require one, please contact your OverDrive Marketplace administrator and ask them to create an account for you. Not sure who that is? Contact your OverDrive Team for assistance.

OverDrive Marketplace users with “Purchase” permissions can purchase content credit from the Shop tab drop-down menu. Purchased content credit is added to your account immediately, so you can use it right away. Your library or school will be invoiced for the content credit. You can use the Insights tab to view summary information for your library or school’s digital collection, understand trends, monitor goals, and run detailed reports. To adjust the settings for a report, select the ‘Run new report’ option on the right-hand side. This will allow you to input new parameters and organize the report by month, branch, format and more.
